The Jupiter Warriors football have a new head coach — and he’s a Warrior through and through.
Former Jupiter High School defensive back Josh Brooks has been promoted to head coach after serving four seasons as defensive coordinator under Jason Kradman. Brooks takes over following one of the most successful stretches in program history, including a historic 10–1 season and 33 regular-season wins over the past four years.
After Kradman departed for a college opportunity, Jupiter turned to one of its own to lead the next chapter of Warriors football.
In this interview, Coach Brooks discusses:
• What it means to lead the program he once played for
• The culture shift behind Jupiter’s recent success
• Maintaining one of the strongest coaching staffs in Palm Beach County
• Replacing a senior-heavy class with 29 graduating players
• Key returning players including Nick Bodie, Harrison Fitzgerald, Brendan Hollinger, and Drew Larson
• District realignment and upcoming scheduling changes
• His vision of building a physical, violent, and tough football team
Jupiter has become one of the top football programs in Palm Beach County, and Coach Brooks is determined to keep the momentum rolling.
