Archbishop McCarthy earned a strong January victory over St. Brendan, defeating the Sabres 56-44 in a South Florida girls varsity basketball matchup.
The Mavericks were led by Gabby Greco, who scored 21 points while adding six steals and five assists, and Sohilah Frazer, who recorded a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds.
