Trailing by five points in the final two minutes, Jefferson closed the game with clutch plays on both ends of the floor to complete the comeback and steal the victory. The win puts the Dragons one victory away from clinching the Region 8-3A regular season championship and gives Jefferson firm control of the title race. East Hall controlled much of the night, but Jefferson’s composure in the closing moments proved to be the difference in one of the most intense finishes of the Northeast Georgia high school basketball season.
